Self-rising flour

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

Store-bought pizza sauce

Fresh basil

1 tbsp(s), chiffonade

Part-skim mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine flour and yogurt until dough forms.
  3. Divide dough into 4 quarters, and roll into balls and arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, and remove from oven. Top with pizza sauce, basil, and cheese. Bake for 5 more minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
