Originally a French dish, omelettes can make an easy, protein-rich, healthy meal. Not just for breakfast, they're also perfect for a hearty lunch or dinner. Just add a side salad or some bread.
Once you have a basic omelette down pat, experiment with different ingredients and flavours by adding seasonal vegetables, meats, or a variety of cheeses (think feta, halloumi or cheddar).

- Cheese

Tip: Use up leftover roasted vegetables or cut up pizza topping ingredients in an omelette. Spinach, mushrooms, olives, ham, artichokes, capsicums and broccoli all work well in omelettes.
