Ingredients

Fresh Pasta, raw

200 g, penne

Cauliflower, Raw

150 g

Broccoli, raw

150 g

Cheddar cheese sauce mix

40 g

Semi Skimmed Milk

400 ml

Wholegrain Mustard

1 teaspoon(s), level

Tomato

2 large, sliced

Instructions

  1. Bring a pan of water to the boil and cook the pasta, cauliflower and broccoli for 5-6 mins. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, preheat the grill to medium-high. Put the sauce mix in a pan and whisk in a little of the milk. Stir in the remaining milk and bring to the boil, stirring. Reduce the heat and simmer for 2 mins until thickened, then stir in the mustard. Season with black pepper.
  3. Transfer the pasta and veg to an ovenproof dish, pour the sauce over and stir. Top with the tomatoes and grill for 5 mins, until the top begins to brown.
