Nothing sums up summer quite like a really juicy ripe peach – and they’re not just for dessert either. Peaches are great additions to savoury dishes too – we love them paired with pork in these delicious kebabs

Ingredients

Honey

2 tablespoon(s), level

Wholegrain Mustard

1 tablespoon(s), level

Pork loin steak, lean, raw

350 g, cut into roughly 3cm pieces

Peach

2 medium, halved and cut into 3cm pieces

Instructions

  1. Mix together the honey and mustard together in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. Thread the pork and peaches onto 8 skewers and lightly brush over the honey and mustard mixture.
  3. Cook the skewers on a preheated barbecue for 5-6 minutes on each side, until the pork is golden and just cooked through and the peaches are lightly charred.

Notes

You will also need 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
