Even the most decorated chefs will tell you that stuffed pasta is hardly a doddle to make. Buying it ready made for this super simple dish is a massive time saver and, dare we say, delicious

Ingredients

Garlic

1 clove(s), crushed

Passata

700 g

Basil, fresh

2 tablespoon(s), roughly chopped

Oregano, Dried

2 teaspoon(s), level

Sainsbury's Italian Spinach & Ricotta Tortelloni

600 g

Light Mozzarella

1 individual, roughly torn

Vegetarian parmesan style hard cheese

1 tablespoon(s), grated

Salad leaves

80 g, to serve

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Put the passata, garlic, basil and oregano into a bowl, season well and mix together. Tip in the tortelloni and stir through three quarters of the mozzarella.
  2. Place in a 20cm baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella and vegetarian hard cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbling. Let the pasta bake cool slightly, then serve with the salad leaves.
