The first step?
Take some time out once a week to work your meal ideas around everyone’s schedule, like online member Laura Taylor, 37, from Exeter. ‘I plan all my meals on a Saturday evening – taking into account my fussy husband and twin boys – then I do an online shop for all the ingredients on Sunday, and it’s delivered on Monday.’ Calculate the Points in advance on the WW app, that way you know your meals will always tot up accurately.

You won’t have to forget your family favourites, either. Just use the 'What's in your fridge' feature in the WW app, input the ingredients and add your Points budget for an individual serving. Is your fave a little too high in points? Not to worry. Just swap a few simple ingredients, or make room in your weekly allowance for a little indulgence.
