A photograph, a lack of energy and general feeling of poor health lead me to join WW. Losing weight gave me new confidence in my skin and my clothes, along with becoming stronger and full of energy. I’m a mom of two and love to be active with fitness classes, pilates and high-intensity interval training. Exercise helps me to stay focused and motivated. I love to read and knit, and I adore watching the birds and squirrels in our backyard and discovering new walking trails. I love that I now have the confidence and energy to try new things and embrace life. Flexibility and sustainability are key to weight loss success. Let’s find what works best for you!
