Ingredients

Granulated stevia sweetener

cup(s), (75g)

Unsweetened almond milk

1½ tbs

White self-raising flour

1 cup(s), (150g)

99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened

1 cup(s), (240g)

Ground cinnamon

1 tsp

Ground nutmeg

1 tsp

Cloves

½ tsp

Raisins

2 tbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180℃ fan bake. To make glaze combine 2 tablespoons stevia and almond milk in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl combine flour, remaining stevia, yoghurt, spices and raisins. Spoon mixture evenly into a silicone 6 mould mini loaf tray.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean. Transfer to a wire rack. Brush tops with glaze mixture while still hot.
