Ingredients

Banana(s)

1 medium, overripe, mashed

Egg(s)

1 medium, lightly beaten

Quick oats

¼ cup(s), (25g)

Cocoa powder

3 tsp

Vanilla bean paste

¼ tsp, (or essence)

Baking powder

¼ tsp

Skim milk

2 tbs

Oil spray

2 x 3 second spray(s)

Instructions

Preheat mini waffle maker (10cm diameter) and lightly spray both cooking surfaces with oil.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Slowly pour 3 heaped tablespoons of batter onto the bottom cooking surface of waffle maker. Pull cover down to enclose waffle. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Carefully transfer waffle to a plate using a rubber spatula. Repeat with remaining batter to make 3 waffles in total. Serve.
