Ingredients

99% fat-free, plain Greek yoghurt, unsweetened

200 g

Dried mint

2 tsp

Garlic

2 clove(s), crushed

Lemon juice

2 tsp

Lebanese cucumber

½ medium, deseeded, coarsely grated

Instructions

  1. Combine yoghurt, mint, garlic, lemon juice and cucumber in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.

Notes

For a authentic Greek flavour, add 1-2 tsp chopped fresh dill. Serve dip with veggie sticks or your favourite gluten-free crackers.
