Ingredients

Lime juice

½ cup(s), (125ml)

Fish sauce

cup(s), (80ml)

Fresh lemongrass

2 tsp, finely chopped (white part only)

Fresh red chilli

1 whole, small, deseeded (if desired), thinly sliced

Natural sweetener

10 g

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a 1 cup (250ml) sterilised jar. Seal and shake well to combine. Store in fridge for up to 1 week. Makes 1 x 250ml jar
