Ingredients

Popcorn kernels (unpopped)

80 g

Dried chilli flakes

1 tsp

Ground paprika

1 tsp

Pepper

1 tsp, black variety

Oil spray

1 x 3 second spray(s)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Place kernels in an air popper (see tip) and cook following manufacturer’s instructions.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Lightly spray popcorn with oil. Sprinkle chilli mixture over popcorn and stir to combine. Transfer popcorn to prepared tray. Bake for 2 minutes or until crisp. Serve.

Notes

Tip: If you don’t have an air popper, place popcorn in a microwave-safe bowl, cover with a plate and microwave on high (100%) for 3-4 minutes or until popping subsides.
