Recipe by our WeightWatchers Ambassador Sarah. Follow her on Instagram @sarahs_recipes. These doughnuts are easy to prepare and pack a delicious cinnamon flavour and natural sweetness thanks to the addition of banana in the batter.

Ingredients

Banana(s)

1 medium

White self-raising flour

2 tbs

Egg(s)

2 medium

Caster sugar

1 tsp

Ground cinnamon

2 tsp

Oil spray

1 x 3 second spray(s)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly spray a 6-hole doughnut pan with oil.
  2. Place banana, flour, egg and a pinch of cinnamon in a small blender and process until smooth (see tip).
  3. Divide mixture between prepared doughnut holes and bake for 15 minutesor until golden.
  4. Combine sugar and remaining cinnamon in a small bowl. Roll each doughnut immediately in the sugar and cinnamon mixture.

Notes

You can use any type of blender to make the doughnut mixture.
