Ingredients: 100 g 99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened; 1.5 tbs Light whole egg mayonnaise; 1 clove(s) Garlic crushed; 0.5 tsp Mustard powder; 1 tsp Onion powder; 1 tsp Dried dill; 1 tbs Fresh chives chopped; 1 tbs Fresh flat-leaf parsley chopped

Garlic

1 clove(s), crushed

Mustard powder

½ tsp

Onion powder

1 tsp

Dried dill

1 tsp

Fresh chives

1 tbs, chopped

Fresh flat-leaf parsley

1 tbs, chopped

Instructions

Process yoghurt, mayonnaise, garlic, mustard, onion powder, dill and 45ml water in a food processor until smooth.
Stir in chives and parsley. Serve. Store sealed in the fridge for up to 3 days.
