Ingredients

Reduced-fat shortcrust pastry

1 sheet(s)

No added sugar apple puree

2 tbs

Apple(s)

2 medium, peeled, cored, thinly sliced

Apricot jam

1 tbs

Ground cinnamon

¼ tsp

99% fat-free, plain Greek yoghurt, unsweetened

cup(s), (80g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Cut pastry sheet into 4 square quarters and place on a large baking tray. Using the tip of a small, sharp knife, score a 1cm border inside each one, without cutting all the way through.
  2. Spoon 2 teaspoons apple puree onto each pastry square and spread to the edge of the marked border. Arrange the apple slices over puree, overlapping slightly. Bake for 15 minutes or until pastry is puffed and golden.
  3. Heat jam in a small saucepan over a low heat until warm. Brush warm jam over baked tarts.
  4. Dust tarts with cinnamon and serve with yoghurt.
