Wholemeal bread

2 slice(s), (2 x 35g)

Red onion

¼ medium, thinly sliced

Boiled egg(s)

1 medium, sliced

Lebanese cucumber

¼ medium, sliced

Alfalfa sprouts

¼ cup(s)

Carrot(s)

½ medium, corasly grated

Instructions

  1. Combine cottage cheese and curry powder. Spread over bread. Sandwich red onion, egg, cucumber, sprouts and carrot between bread slices. Serve.
