Update your regular burger with this Greek-inspired flavour twist. Seasoned with oregano, onion and garlic and topped with crumbled feta and baby spinach, it’s a winning combo that’s sure to impress!

Ingredients

Lean lamb mince

500 g

Brown onion

1 medium, finely chopped

Garlic

1 clove(s), crushed

Dried oregano

1 tsp

White bread roll

4 medium, (4 x 50g)

Baby spinach

15 g

Reduced fat feta cheese

75 g, crumbled

Oil spray

1 x 3 second spray(s)

Instructions

  1. Place mince, onion, garlic and oregano in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix until well combined. Divide evenly into 4 portions. Shape each portion into a 1½ cm-thick patty.
  2. Split rolls in half. Lightly spray a grill pan with oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add roll halves and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until toasted. Transfer to a large plate and cover loosely with foil to keep warm. Add patties to same pan and cook for about 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Place patties on roll bases, top with spinach and feta. Cover with roll tops to serve.
