Ingredients

Boiled egg(s)

1 medium

99% fat-free, plain Greek yoghurt, unsweetened

2 tbs

Dijon mustard

½ tsp

Fresh flat-leaf parsley

½ tsp, (or chives), finely chopped

Celery

2 stick(s), cut into small sticks

Instructions

  1. Mash together egg, yoghurt, mustard, parsley, and salt in a small bowl. Serve with celery.
