Ingredients

Broccoli

600 g, cut into florets (about 6 cups)

Grated parmesan cheese

¼ cup(s), (20g)

Dried chilli flakes

¼ tsp, (optional)

Olive oil

1 tbs

Fresh lemon rind

1 tsp, finely grated

Oil spray

1 x 3 second spray(s)

Instructions

  1. Place broccoli, 2 tablespoons parmesan and chilli flakes in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil, season with salt and toss well to coat.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 190°C. Lightly spray air fryer basket with oil and add broccoli mixture. Air-fry for 5 minutes. Shake basket to redistribute broccoli. Air-fry for a further 5 minutes, or until floret tops are browned and stems just tender.
  3. Transfer broccoli to a serving plate. Sprinkle over remaining parmesan and lemon rind.

Notes

TIP: Cook broccoli in batches if you have a smaller air fryer.
