Great for entertaining or a healthy snack, add some vegie sticks for crunchy goodness.

Ingredients

Avocado

50 g

97% fat-free cottage cheese

2 tbs

Tomato(es)

½ medium, roma variety, seeded

Fresh coriander

2 tbs, finely chopped

Tabasco sauce

1 tsp, to taste

Instructions

  1. Using a fork, mash the avocado and cottage cheese in a medium bowl until smooth. Stir through most of the tomato and half the coriander. Add the Tabasco sauce and season with black pepper.
  2. Top with the remaining tomato and coriander.

Notes

SERVING SUGGESTION: vegie sticks such as cucumber, celery, capsicum or steamed asparagus.
