Add a modern twist to your hummus with a dash of lime juice and fresh coriander. A healthy snack, ready in minutes!

Ingredients

Canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained

1 400g can

Garlic

1 clove(s), chopped

99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened

1½ tbs

Tahini

3 tsp

Olive oil

1½ tsp

Lime(s)

1 medium, juiced

Fresh coriander

¼ cup(s), leaves

Vegetable mix, non-starchy, fresh

2 cup(s), sticks, to serve, (300g), (see tip).

Instructions

  1. Process all ingredients, except vegetable sticks, and
  2. 1½ tablespoons warm water in a food processor until
  3. combined, but still chunky in texture. Add a little more
  4. water and pulse if you prefer a smoother consistency.
  5. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with vegetable sticks.

Notes

COOK'S TIP: This dip is great served with carrot and celery sticks, snow peas or blanched broccoli florets. TO REFRIGERATE: Store dip in a reusable container for up to 4 days.
