Toast to summer with this delicious fruity mocktail!

Ingredients

Caster sugar

2 tsp

No added sugar orange juice

2 cup(s), (500ml) blood orange variety

Natural mineral water

2 cup(s), (500ml) sparkling

Orange(s)

1 large, blood orange variety, halved, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Place the sugar and blood orange juice in a large jug and stir to combine.
  2. To serve, pour the blood orange juice mixture over ice into serving glasses. Top with mineral water and garnish with blood orange slices.

Notes

Tip: Want to make your blood orange mocktail a cocktail? Add 30ml of campari per serve.
