Want to feel fuller for longer? Add some ground flaxseed, raw wheat germ or even silken tofu to your smoothie.

Ingredients

Vanilla yoghurt, 99% fat-free, no added sugar

300 g

Banana(s)

2 medium

Skim milk

½ cup(s), (125ml)

Ground cinnamon

¼ tsp, plus extra to serve

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon to serve.
