Celebrate with family and friends with these colourful and oh-so-simple bellinis.

Ingredients

Apricot nectar

1 cup(s), (250ml)

Sparkling white wine

750 ml, (Prosecco), chilled

Orange rind

1 tbs, (1 piece), cut into 6 strips

Instructions

  1. To make each drink, pour 2 tablespoons of the nectar into a champagne flute or other glass. Top each with sparkling wine.
  2. To garnish, drop a slice of fresh orange rind into each glass and serve immediately.

Notes

If you haven't tried Prosecco, it's similar to Champagne and other sparkling wines, but a bit more fruity and usually less expensive. It's also great mixed with passionfruit or mango nectar.
