Ingredients

Pretzels

5 g, (11 small sticks)

Light cream cheese

11 wedge(s), (11 x 16g triangles)

Everything bagel seasoning

3½ tbs

Cherry tomatoes

125 g

Snow pea sprouts

2 cup(s), (100g)

Instructions

  1. Arrange snow pea sprouts on a 22cm round board or plate.
  2. Place bagel seasoning into a small bowl. Peel wrappers off the cheese and skewer a pretzel stick into the base (flat side) of the triangle. Coat all sides of the cheese in the bagel seasoning. Arrange the cheese on the outside of the board. Fill the centre of the board with cherry tomatoes.

Notes

COOK'S TIP: Replace bagel seasoning with any dried or fresh herbs.
