WW member Anna Van Dyken's bliss balls are perfect for when you want a portable sweet snack that's homemade and healthy. These apple pie bliss balls could be our favourite version yet!

Ingredients

Rolled oats, dry

100 g

Fresh dates

12 individual, pitted

Maple syrup

1 tbs

No added sugar apple puree

2 tbs

Shredded or desiccated coconut

½ cup(s), (40g)

Vanilla bean extract, alcohol free

½ tsp

Ground nutmeg

½ tsp

Ground cinnamon

1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Process oats, dates, maple syrup, apple puree, 1/3 cup (25 g) coconut, vanilla, spices and a pinch of salt in a food processor until a thick paste forms.
  2. Place remaining coconut in a small bowl. Using wet hands, roll a tablespoon of mixture into a ball and roll in coconut to coat. Shake off excess and repeat to make 15 balls. Cover and chill in fridge until firm.

Notes

TIPS: Apple pie bliss balls will keep in a container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. SERVING SIZE: 1 ball
