Notes

Cook fettuccini according to packet instructions. Meanwhile spray a non-stick frying pan with oil and gently cook the anchovies, breaking them up. Add the garlic and chilli, then add the tomato and oregano. Cook on a low heat for 10 minutes. Add the olives, capers and parsely and toss with the pasta. Serve with salad.
