Ingredients

Kiwifruit

2 medium, peeled

Grapes

¾ cup(s), green, seedless

Sugar

1 tsp

Vanilla extract

1 tsp

Lime zest

½ tsp, finely grated

Fresh lime juice

1 Tbsp

Instructions

  1. Cut 4 slices from 1 kiwi and set aside. Coarsely chop the remaining kiwi. In a blender, purée the grapes, chopped kiwi, sugar, vanilla, and lime zest and juice. Set a fine-mesh sieve over a medium bowl with a spout or medium pitcher. Press the mixture through the sieve and into the bowl.
  2. Add 1 kiwi slice each to 4 (2-oz) ice pop molds. Pour the strained purée into the molds. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight until frozen solid. Carefully release the ice pops from the molds to serve.
  3. Serving size: 1 ice pop
