When signing up for WW, please enter the following:

• Members: Your Employee ID (employee numbers are as low as 2 digits and up to 6 digits)
• Spouses: Employee ID + SP (ex: 123456SP)
• Domestic Partners: Employee ID + DP (ex: 123456DP)
• Dependents: Employee ID + DEP01 (02, 03 and so forth according to age**) (ex: 123456DEP01)

If you are a Piedmont employee, but not enrolled in the medical plan, select “Employee” and enter your Employee ID. Piedmont employees not covered by the medical plan will not have access to register their spouse, domestic partner and/or dependents.
