I love a good laugh with my husband and three kids, traveling, and thrift shopping. I joined WW because I wanted to stop my old “stinkin’ thinkin’!” I’ve not only learned that there aren’t good or bad foods, I’ve become more confident too. I dream about going on adventures with my kids when they’re adults, so I have to stay healthy to keep up with them. I walk, hike, do Pilates, and strength train.
