For me, wellness is the backbone of living a life of purpose. I want to feel confident and have energy to do the things I love with people who bring me joy. These days, that’s dancing, yoga, resistance training and connecting with friends and family. I’m also a Zumba instructor and have a background in holistic nutrition. As your coach, I’ll show you how small changes lead to big results and that enjoying the process of finding weight health is just as important as reaching your goal.
