Oven Baked Cauliflower from Mrs. Dash®

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Mrs. Dash® Original Blend
  • 1 small head cauliflower
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped onion

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Unpack, wash and remove core from cauliflower, keeping whole flower in one piece.

  • Rub cauliflower with olive oil and sprinkle with ginger, onion and Mrs. Dash® Original Blend.

  • Wrap in a large piece of aluminum foil with 3 tablespoons of water, and roast 15 minutes. Open packet. Reduce oven temperature to 400° F. Continue to roast 5 minutes.

  • Serve family style in foil, or plate to individual servings.
