Hostess 100-Calorie Packs, Cinnamon Streusel Muffins

Last year, Hostess rolled out 100-calorie packs each containing three icing-topped mini cakes in either chocolate, carrot and golden cake flavors. Their latest packs contain three mini streusel muffins. Each bite-sized dessert is topped with sweet crumbly goodness and each pack contains a whopping 5 grams of fiber. The cinnamon ones are the best by far. (They taste exactly like coffee cake...yum!)

Nutritional info per serving: (1 pack, 3 cakes): 100 calories, 3 grams of fat,
4 grams of fiber, for a POINTS ® value of 1

Weight Watchers Caramel Cakes with Caramel Icing

Ooh these individual snack cakes are soo good. I snack on them as they are, top them with fat-free Reddi-wip and even love to chew them frozen. (They last longer that way.) Caramelicious!

Nutritional info per serving: (1 cake): 90 calories, 3 grams of fat, 3 grams of fiber, for a POINTS value of 1

Gnu Foods Flavor & Fiber Bars

I love these bars! Each averages 130 calories with a whopping 12 grams of fiber. Best of all, they come in great flavors like Chocolate Brownie and Cinnamon Raisin. They're also so chewy, that they taste more like soft cookies than bars to me. And 12 grams of fiber—that's insane (in the best way possible).

Nutritional info per serving: (1 bar): 130 to 150 calories, 3 grams fat, 12 grams of fiber, for a POINTS value of 2

Fiber One Chewy Bars, Oats & Caramel

The latest (and I say greatest!) flavor of these fiber-ific chewy bars is called Oats & Caramel. Just like the other flavors, it's very decadent (like a soft, sweet candy bar), low in the fat and calorie departments, and (no surprise) loaded with fiber. Heads up: The caramel flavor tastes a little more like butterscotch than caramel—but either way, it rocks!

Nutritional info per serving: (1 bar): 140 calories, 3.5 grams of fat, 9 grams of fiber, for a POINTS value of 2

Vitalicious VitaTops: Deep Chocolate, Double Chocolate Dream, Fudgy Peanut Butter Chip

The ultimate chocolate fix, these low-calorie, low-fat, and high-fiber muffin tops are also packed with vitamins and minerals. They taste like bad-for-you pastries (and I mean that in a good way). They're on the rise in popularity, so you can sometimes find these muffin snacks in supermarkets—but you can always find them online at vitalicious.com.

Nutritional info per serving: (1 top): 100 calories, 1.5 grams of fat, 6 grams of fiber, for a POINTS value of 1

Chocolite Candy

If you're looking for a way to enjoy a caramel, nut, and nougat-packed chocolate candy for just 30 calories per piece, you are in major luck. These chewy treats really are an awesome swap for high-calorie chocolates. Don't be duped by other sugar-free chocolates on supermarket shelves—many of them have as much fat as the originals. Each piece of Chocolite also has 6 grams of filling fiber! Choose from decadent Almond Fudge, Crispy Caramel, Pecan Cluster and Peanut Chews.

Nutritional info per serving: (1 piece): 30 calories, 2 grams of fat, 6 grams of fiber, for a POINTS value of 1
