I initially joined WeightWatchers® to lose weight, but after two serious illnesses, I’m more aware than ever how important it is to respect our bodies by eating healthy foods, staying active, and doing what makes us smile. For me, that’s spending time with my friends and family, dancing, walking, and trying to make a positive influence on someone every day. Join me to experience the energy of this community and have fun as we swap ideas and keep moving forward, one step at a time.
