What do you enjoy about WW Workshops?
Meeting new people, interacting with others, sharing our weight loss journeys in a supportive and non-judgemental environment. My Workshop is like a little family. We all enjoy each other's company and thrive on everyone's successes each week. Our coach Alison is fantastic and has provided much support throughout my journey along with fellow members Elvie and my friend Sharon, who I started WW with.
What do you like about the WeightWatchers program?
The WW program has helped me to create healthy habits that I can maintain lifelong. I am able to eat the foods that I like and still enjoy a good night on the town, as I am able to accommodate by substituting in lots of ZeroPoint® foods.
How has WW changed your life?
WeightWatchers has positively impacted on my life by making me realise that I can be the best version of me. I surround myself with positive vibes and take life day by day, whilst embedding healthy eating and fitness habits into my everyday life.
I am proud that I have been able to have continued success throughout my weight loss journey, whilst being supported by an amazing group of people on the same journey. On the days I do struggle, I remind myself of the vibrant and happy person I have become on the inside and out.
The best thing I have learnt from WW is that I am accountable for my weight loss journey and that it is never too late to get back on track in order to have continued successes. It's never too late to learn to love yourself and get out there and be active.
What’s your best advice to others?
We all have good and bad days in the program, however, it’s a lifelong journey and all you need to do is get back on track.
Your best asset is the WeightWatchers community in order to express your feelings and thoughts, share your journey with others, and don’t forget to track in the WW app!
