For a great-tasting burger and chips that beats a takeaway hands down, try this easy recipe.

Ingredients

Turkey breast mince

500 g

Whole grain mustard

2 tsp

Mustard

2 tsp, English variety

Smoked paprika

2 tsp

Dried chilli flakes

1 tsp

Wholemeal sandwich thins

4 thin, (4 x 40g)

Rocket

2 cup(s), (60g), baby variety

Tomato(es)

1 large, sliced

Sriracha sauce

2 tbs

Red onion

1 medium, thinly sliced

Pickled gherkin, drained

8 individual, sliced lengthways

Oil spray

1 x 3 second spray(s)

Instructions

  1. Place mince, mustards, paprika and chilli in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix until well combined. Shape mixture into four 2cm-thick patties. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat and lightly spray with oil. Cook patties for 6 minutes each side or until cooked through.
  2. Meanwhile, split thins. Top bases with half the rocket and tomato. Spoon over sauce. Top with patties, remaining tomato, onion, gherkins, remaining rocket and bread top.
