Ingredients

White sourdough bread

50 g, toasted, (2 x 25g small slices)

Light cream cheese

1 tbs

Fresh strawberries

2 individual, quartered

Fresh blueberries

¼ cup(s), (40g)

Sugar-free maple syrup

1 tsp

Fresh mint

1 tbs, leaves, to serve

Instructions

  1. Spread toast with cream cheese. Top with strawberries and blueberries. Drizzle with syrup. Scatter over mint leaves.
