Pizza night at home just got a whole lot easier with our legendary 2-ingredient dough, baked to perfection. Topped with flavourful tomato passata, fresh basil, capsicum, onion, and bocconcini, it's a guaranteed crowd-pleaser. Say goodbye to takeout and hello to homemade pizza perfection!

Ingredients

White self-raising flour

1 cup(s), (150g)

99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened

cup(s), (160g)

Tomato passata

cup(s), (80g)

Fresh basil

cup(s)

Red capsicum

1 medium, thinly sliced

Red onion

1 medium, thinly sliced

Bocconcini

75 g, sliced

Oil spray

2 x 3 second spray(s)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Lightly spray 2 baking trays with oil.
  2. To make pizza bases, place flour in a medium bowl and season with salt. Stir in yoghurt with a flat-blade knife to form a dough. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface. Knead for 2 minutes, or until smooth, then divide into 2 equal portions. Shape each portion into a ball, roll out into a 25 cm round and place on prepared trays.
  3. Spread passata evenly over pizza bases. Top with basil, capsicum, onion and bocconcini. Bake for 15 minutes, swapping trays halfway through cooking, or until pastry is crisp and golden.

Notes

Serve topped with baby rocket leaves for added freshness.
