Oats are a versatile ingredient that can be used in both sweet and savoury dishes. Prepping your oats overnight gives you time back in the morning.

Ingredients

Quick oats

cup(s), (30g)

Unsweetened almond milk

cup(s), (80ml)

Ground ginger

½ tsp

Apple(s)

½ medium, red variety

Fresh raspberries

4 piece(s), halved

Plain peanut butter powder

1 tbs

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, milk and ginger in a 1¼-cup (310ml) capacity jar, glass or airtight container. Cover and place in fridge overnight.
  2. Grate a quarter of the apple and stir through oats. Finely chop the remaining apple. Sprinkle chopped apple and raspberries over oats. Combine powdered peanut butter with ½ tablespoon of water in a small bowl, stir until smooth. Spoon peanut butter over the oats and serve.
