WW Ambassador Anna lost 70kg with WW and inspires many with her recipe creations. Her snack box ideas are some of her most popular. Anna loves snack boxes because, "They STOP mindless snacking, they can be premade and the options are ENDLESS!" This savoury version is filled with sliced ham, crackers, carrot sticks, baby corn, popcorn, peanut butter pretzels and fresh fruit including grapes, blueberries and raspberries. Swap out your fruit for what's in season.

Ingredients

97% fat-free deli sliced ham

60 g

Wafer thin crackers

7 cracker(s)

Carrot(s)

1 medium, cut into sticks

Canned baby corn

5 individual

Air-popped popcorn

½ cup(s), (4g)

Peanut butter pretzels

20 g

Grapes

½ cup(s), (85g)

Fresh blueberries

8 piece(s)

Fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Roll up ham slices and place in one compartment of a snack box container. Add crackers in same snack box compartment as ham.
  2. Add carrot and corn to a separate compartment in snack box container.
  3. Add popcorn and pretzels to a separate compartment in snack box container.
  4. Add all remaining fruits to a separate compartment in snack box container. Seal with lid and place in the fridge until ready to eat.
