WW Ambassador Anna @feedmehealthy_annavandyken is famous for her snack boxes! They are a fab idea to keep hunger at bay and stop mindless snacking. Prepare them on a Sunday and store in the fridge so they are ready to grab and go during the week. This combo is filled with popcorn, Anna's cranberry coconut bliss ball, a hard boiled egg, mini cheese wheel, baby carrots and cucumbers, grapes and fresh berries. Mix and match for whatever is in season.

Ingredients

Air-popped popcorn

½ cup(s), (4g)

Anna's cranberry coconut bliss balls

1 individual

Light cheese wheel

1 mini

Boiled egg(s)

2 medium, quartered

Baby carrot

4 individual

Baby cucumber (quke)

2 individual, halved

Grapes

¼ cup(s), (5 grapes)

Fresh blueberries

Fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Place popcorn and bliss ball in one compartment of a snack box container.
  2. Add cheese and eggs to a separate compartment in snack box container.
  3. Add carrots and cucumbers to a separate compartment in snack box container.
  4. Add all remaining fruits to a separate compartment in snack box container. Seal with lid and place in the fridge until ready to eat.
