Cancel your membership
If you are outside of your commitment period, your cancellation will come into effect on the date your membership would usually roll over.
If you are still within your commitment period, your cancellation will come into effect at the end of this period.
When does my cancellation take effect?
For members on a monthly or "month to month" subscription plan:
Your cancellation will be effective at the end of your current subscription month.
For members on a fully pre-paid subscription plan:
Your cancellation will be effective at the end of your prepaid period. The pre-paid period of your subscription is non-refundable except according to the special refund circumstances policy and subject to law.
For members on a commitment plan where they have not pre-paid in full:
Your cancellation will be effective at the end of the committed period, and you will be charged the applicable monthly fee for all committed months. Your subscription is non-refundable except according to the special refund circumstances policy and subject to law.
