Who doesn’t love a good ranch dip? Ours is thick and creamy—just like the original—with a few easy ingredient swaps. Serve it as a salad dressing, as a dip, or as a sauce for grilled everything. It's especially good spooned onto a hamburger and accompanied with thinly sliced cucumber and red onion.

Ingredients

1% low fat buttermilk

Light mayonnaise

Garlic

1 clove(s), minced

Chives

3 Tbsp, minced

Fresh parsley

2 Tbsp, flat-leaf, chopped

Apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate about 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Can be stored in covered jar up to 1 week. Shake before using.
