These gorgeous-looking drinks are both fruity and festive. It's an easy go-to-cocktail for celebrations both big and small. This recipe serves 4, but you can easily scale it up using a pitcher or punch bowl if you want to assemble it for a crowd. It requires only 3 ingredients and takes just 5 minutes to make; it really doesn't get much more convenient than that. All you have to do is mix together some raspberry fruit juice and Prosecco in a bowl. Place fresh raspberries in each glass, then fill it up with the cocktail. You can substitute your favorite berries and fruit juice, but we love the color and flavor raspberry juice produces and how well it complements the sparkling wine.
