Ingredients

Passion Fruit

3 medium

Agave Syrup

6 teaspoon(s), level

Caster Sugar

1 tablespoon(s)

Plain Soya Yogurt

200 g

Instructions

  1. Cut the passion fruit in half and spoon out the pulp. Briefly puree the pulp and mix with agave syrup, sugar and yogurt.
  2. Fill the ice cream mixture into silicone moulds (approx. 95 ml each), stick an ice cream stick into the mixture and let it freeze for approx. 2 hours.
