Why was I double billed for my first month of Monthly pass?
When you purchase Monthly Pass you pay for your first subscription month immediately. Because our billing model is designed to charge you 15 days prior to your renewal date, you are billed twice in your first month. This is to ensure that you receive your Monthly Pass card on time.
So while it may appear that you have been double billed, the second charge is actually for your next subscription month. Moving forward you will be billed once each month, but always 15 days prior to your renewal date.
