This was delicious. I used Mexican papaya instead of peach, added fresh minced ginger and omitted the sugar. I spiced up the salmon with ground red pepper & a little citric acid & broiled the burgers.
Tasty! I used peaches that were pretty hard, and I wish they would of sat around for a couple of days. Use more than one jalapeno if you like some more heat. We used fresh salmon which was good, but took longer to prep.
