This is, hands down, my favorite recipe. If you like sweet chicken dishes, then this is for you. I spice it up with extra cinnamon and a few sprinkles of shichimi togarashi. I make a batch for dinner on Monday nights and pack the rest for lunches on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I like it that much! Also, I switch out the couscous for brown rice. A half cup of cooked brown rice has the same number of points (3) as couscous and is more filling and healthier (fiber, protein, etc). Enjoy!
