The receipe as is, is a generous '3' but I think it has potential for '4-5'. I took the advice of the prior review and reduced the oregano to 1 tsp. My biggest issue with the receipe is that 40 minutes @ 375 was way to long for me. They came out very dry, almost brittle. I will try this receipe again but using cornmeal rather than flour and checking on them @ 30-35 minutes as well as, turning them half way trough.
