I made it with regular chicken broth and skipped the mushrooms -- it was so delicious! I will eat this again!
Yum and Yum, I put my dried mushrooms in a ziplock and smashed them with a meat tenderizer until very small because I dont like the rubbery re-hydrated mushrooms but this makes it easy and good I also added cornstarch to thicken it.
Excellent!!! Just like a resturant soup.
